I use to wear gloves when I went to the gym and used machines that had hand grips. While they kept callouses away, my hands always got hot and sweaty. When I saw these, I knew those days were over. I really like these because they fit nicely inside my palm without being bulky yet allow my hands to breathe and not get sweaty. I do 20 minutes on the row machine which is a combination of cardio and weight training and these grips work great.
So far they are very good at what they’re supposed to be. Good protection, no signs of wear after a handful of pull days. Helps me do more weight and actually focus on working my back on rows and pull downs. Solid all around, I’ll update if they just randomly break down one day lol but they are silicone and I’m not sure if that’s the norm for these but I appreciate that as well. Great buy
